Job descriptionThe Sales Associate (S.A.) is the Company's Frontline Representative to its valued customers. He/She carries the Company Name and as such is expected to render customer service which will delight and amaze its clients. Equipped with comprehensive product knowledge as well as effective salesmanship skills.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales
- Merchandise Handling and Inventory Management
- Store Planning
- Compliance Safety and Maintenance
- Cash Management
- Direct Hire
- Retail Industry - Formal Wear
- Will start at 6-months probationary (regular slot)
- Shifting Mall hours
- Minimum rate with monthly incentives
- Paid overtime works
- Male or Female / 5'2 to 5'6 /
- High School Graduate, Sr. High School Graduate or College Undergrads are accepted
- Experience in retail is a plus but not required -- as long as willing to be trained(Completed training set is reported on TESDA)
- Required to have an SSS number.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule.
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Cauayan City, Isabela: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Junior High School (Preferred)
- Sales Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
- English, tagalog (Preferred)
