We are seeking a motivated and personable
Sales Associate
to help us. This role focuses on engaging with parents via Zoom to introduce and promote our long-term
Elite Eureka Packages
, designed to deliver sustained academic progress for their children.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with parents (all leads are provided; no cold calling required).
Establish rapport and gain an understanding of parents' key concerns regarding their child's learning.
Present the benefits of the Elite Eureka Package in a clear and persuasive manner.
Address questions and manage objections with professionalism and empathy.
Successfully close sales and transition clients to our administrative team for onboarding.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and connection quickly.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Prior sales experience preferred (experience in education or services is advantageous), though not essential -- training will be provided.
Reliable access to a quiet workspace, a computer, and a stable internet connection.
