Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Required skill(s): customer care, Sales Administration.
- Work experience in the same field is an advantage but not required.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in SM TRAVEL MACTAN Store.
- Seamless execution of the customer service journey and sales-related administrative duties
- Compliance to SOP, accounting, finance and audit mandates
- Provide assistance during marketing events, merchandise inventory, requisition and delivery
- Maintenance, safety and security of the merchandise display and store equipment
- Ensures proper housekeeping (cleanliness and hygiene) and planogram of the entire store.
- Paid training
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Senior High School (Preferred)
- Sales Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
