Facilitate in invoicing, issuing of credit note and document matching for retail channel customers.
Attend to customer enquiries on orders, and/or product availability.
Print of customer invoices and scan of signed copies into system.
Manage proper filing records.
Ad-hoc admin duties.
Requirement
Keen to learn and has positive work attitude, good team player
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application and SAP operation
Need to know how to use a computer as access to online portals such as Shopee, Lazada, email, etc. is required.
