Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Secondhand Luxury Bags Seller to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for fashion, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a solid understanding of luxury brands and resale markets. This role involves both in-store retail selling and online sales support through various platforms. We kindly invite all who have valid pass or are local to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Sales & Customer Service
Greet, engage, and assist walk-in customers with product knowledge and styling advice.
Understand customers' preferences to recommend suitable bags and accessories.Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent after-sales service and follow-ups.
Maintain a welcoming and professional store atmosphere at all times.2. Product Handling & Display
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and tagging new arrivals.
Grade items' condition accurately and ensure authenticity presentation.Keep display shelves, showcases, and storage areas organized and visually appealing.
Handle high-value products responsibly and securely.3. Online & Digital Sales
Upload, update, and manage listings on Carousell, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Shopify.
Respond promptly to online customer inquiries and negotiate sales professionally.Support live-selling sessions, product video demonstrations, or short promotional content.
Coordinate with the marketing team on digital promotions and content scheduling.4. Operations & Support
Assist with daily opening/closing duties and transaction records.
Help prepare and pack items for delivery or consignment pickup.Work with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. ? Requirements
Strong passion for luxury fashion and designer handbags.Previous experience in retail or online luxury resale preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English; Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Carousell, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling high-value merchandise.
Well-groomed, customer-focused, and self-motivated.Working Hours
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 5-6 days per week (including weekends and public holidays on rotation).
