Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 To follow PANDORA dress code, grooming and uniform standards;
\xc2\xb7 Follow all store policies and procedures, perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned;
\xc2\xb7 Obtain product knowledge, company information and history, keep up-to-date with company news;
\xc2\xb7 Ensure customers are acknowledged immediately when walking into the store;
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all customer goods are wrapped and presented in accordance with company guidelines and ensure the highest level of service is delivered;
\xc2\xb7 Be aware of the complaints procedure for customers;
\xc2\xb7 Strive and assist the store in meeting sales targets;
\xc2\xb7 Ensure effective support is in place for the sales floor, enabling the sales team to deliver an enhanced brand experience
\xc2\xb7 Adhere to loss prevention standards;
Job Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Able to commit minimum 3 months and above.
\xc2\xb7 Willing to work up to 3 to 4 days a week.
\xc2\xb7 Able to commit retail hours on rotating shifts.
\xc2\xb7 Proactive and well organized.
\xc2\xb7 Fine communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
