The primary purpose of the role of Sales Associate is to represent the PANDORA brand in a superior manner. This includes showcase our product in the best possible way, and provide our customers with a world-class experience, ensuring the PANDORA Way of Selling is adhered to consistently and professionalism is to be maintained at all times within the store.

SALES

\xc2\xb7 Follow the \xe2\x80\x9cPANDORA Way of Selling\xe2\x80\x9d at all times;

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the store is always restocked;

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all security procedures are strongly understood and followed with enormous attention to detail;

\xc2\xb7 Ensure a high level of after sales service by proactively following up on sales orders, deliveries and claim handling;

CUSTOMER SERVICE

\xc2\xb7 Ensure customers are acknowledged immediately when walking into the store;

\xc2\xb7 Ensure a continuous level of product knowledge including target groups, the product range, customization and selling arguments;

\xc2\xb7 To build relationship and actively communicate with the VIP customers of the store

\xc2\xb7 To solicit feedback from customers and share this feedback with appropriate people

OPERATIONS

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all directions from the Store Manager are adhered to;

\xc2\xb7 Use the PANDORA values of We Care, We Dare, We Dream and We Deliver to guide how you work and behave towards people internally and externally;

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all store operational procedures are strictly adhered to;

\xc2\xb7 Ensure you are always proactive and that the store is always immaculately clean;

\xc2\xb7 Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistent and in line with the Visual Merchandising guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

\xc2\xb7 Sales driven;

\xc2\xb7 Positive, proactive and enthusiastic persona;

\xc2\xb7 Professionalism and maturity demonstrated through experience and the way one holds themselves;

\xc2\xb7 Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Interest in a career in Retail.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated confidence to cross sell;

\xc2\xb7 Problem solving ability and conflict resolution skills demonstrated from previous experience;

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills with a pleasant personality.
