Job Description

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE / SCOPE





The Sales Associate would be responsible for delivering fantastic customer experience to OnTheList members.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES




Greet and welcome members and assisting new members with the registration process.

Upsell and promote the Premium Membership as well as online sales platform.

Proactively approach and assist customers in their shopping experience in the store.

Build a VIP client base and proactively contact to promote upcoming sales or products.

Provide an impeccable image for our partnering brands with appealing visual merchandising.


. Any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS



O level and above

Minimum 3 year in customer service or retail environment.

Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.

Fixed Sunday off, 5 days work week, 44 hours per week.


Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position.
