Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge Assist customers with styling advice, upselling, and cross-selling Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards Handle cashiering, CRM/VIP sign-ups, and gift card promotions Support stock replenishment and housekeeping duties
Requirements
Passion for fashion and customer service Willing to work retail shifts, weekends, and festive periods Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided) Candidates with relevant retail experience may be considered for Senior Sales Associate role
