Job Summary:

As a Full-Time Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store--welcoming customers, helping them find the perfect souvenir, and ensuring the shop remains tidy, cheerful, and well-stocked. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys working in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers Assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues

Sales Transactions

: Handle various payment methods, including vouchers, cash, credit, and debit cards

Merchandise Management

: Restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed attractively

Store Maintenance

: Maintaining cleanliness of the sales floor and ensuring the store is organized

Loss Prevention

: Monitoring customer activities to prevent theft and ensure store security.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills Good organizational abilities Basic math skills for handling transactions Prior experience in retail or customer service will be advantageous Willingness to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay on your feet for extended period Eagerness to learn and grow languages is a plus Able to perform shift work
