5 days work week (Retail hours) Salary UP $3000 Location: Islandwide
Job scope
Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with purchases, handling complaints, returns, and exchanges, while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintain product knowledge to recommend items, implement cross-selling strategies, and consistently achieve sales goals. Uphold retail SOPs, store visual merchandising, and brand standards to ensure a neat, safe, and presentable store environment. Process sales transactions accurately, manage stock receipts, replenishment, and support e-commerce order fulfillment. Conduct stock takes, manage inventory, minimize stock losses, and ensure proper handling of damaged or defective merchandise.
