Job Description

A sales associate provides customers with a positive shopping experience by greeting them, helping them find products, answering questions, and processing transactions, ultimately driving sales and supporting store operations. Key duties include maintaining merchandise displays, managing stock, resolving customer issues, and using point-of-sale systems to complete sales and returns.


Responsibilities:



Customer Service:
Greet customers, guide them to products, provide product information, and address their questions and concerns.


Sales & Product Expertise:
Promote products, offers, and loyalty programs; conduct product demonstrations; and explain product features and benefits.


Transaction Processing:
Handle cash and credit payments, process sales, and manage customer returns.


Store Operations:
Maintain the appearance of the sales floor by organizing merchandise, replenishing stock, and assisting with inventory counts.


Problem-Solving:
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.


Requirements:



Ability to provide excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Strong verbal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A friendly, trustworthy, and self-motivated attitude. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Salary Package



Basic salary is SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,500 (depends on experience) Average Gross Salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to SGD 3,200 8 Off-Days per month Career advancement opportunities * Attractive incentives, commission
