Sales Associate

to join our catering team in Singapore. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building client relationships, promoting our catering services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences from inquiry to event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming inquiries (phone, email, website) about catering services, menus, packages, and pricing. Prepare and send quotations / proposals to prospective clients. Follow up with leads to convert into confirmed bookings. Attend client meetings, food tastings, site inspections as needed. Liaise with operations, kitchen, logistics to ensure client requirements are understood and executed. Maintain and update CRM / order management systems with accurate records (sales pipeline, client feedback, orders). Support promotional / marketing activities (e.g. food fairs, sampling, social media, collaborations). Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service -- addressing client issues / concerns promptly. Occasionally work during weekends / public holidays when events require.

Qualifications / Skills

Diploma / degree in Business / Hospitality / Marketing or related field preferred. Previous experience (1-3 years) in sales in F&B / catering / hospitality industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good presentation skills; able to tailor proposals to clients. Detail-oriented, good planning and follow-up skills. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects. Comfortable working irregular hours as events often happen at non-standard times. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus.
