Sales Associate
Job Description
Responsibilities :
Achieve monthly individual sales target
Welcome customers in a well-timed and professional manner
Perform selling in fashion, leather and other accessories for the assigned or full range of products; Generate sales through cross-selling techniques
Provide quality customer service; notify customers ahead of time about special events, sales and merchandise in order to build long term relationships with the customers
Perform store operation including floor sets, cleanliness, signage and sales promotion in professional standards
Manage stock inventory level in an accurate & safe manner to ensure that all merchandise are properly stored & packed
Requirements :
Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College or above
At least 1 years' experience in retail or fashion industry
Passion in fashion, energetic and enthusiastic
Customer-oriented and sales-driven with professional selling techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command of English and Mandarin
