Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the appropriate products Assist customers with product demonstrations, answering questions, and completing sales transactions Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, ensuring products are displayed in an attractive and accessible manner Process cash and card payments, handle customer returns and exchanges, and accurately record sales data Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively recommend and sell to customers Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions A positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays Proficiency in the local language and English, both written and verbal
Store hours: 8:30 - 6:00pm
5 days work week
