We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented
Sales Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting and selling our aluminium and glass products, including doors, gates, windows, and related solutions to residential and commercial clients.Key Responsibilities:
Engage walk-in and online customers, providing product recommendations based on needs Attend to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, or on-site Prepare and follow up on
quotations, sales orders, and invoices
Coordinate with the operations team for site visits, measurements, and installations Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and interior designers Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth Keep updated on product specifications, pricing, and market trends Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays (if applicable)Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (experience in aluminium/glass/renovation industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of construction or home renovation is a plus Bilingual (English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) preferred to liaise with various customers Self-motivated, responsible, and team-oriented Possess own transport is an advantage (but not required)
