Responsibilities

Communicate with customers through phone, text messages and email and perform online ordering on behalf of customers.
To make cold calls to potential corporate customers and promote the Company\xe2\x80\x99s brands.
Upsell and suggest information about the Company\xe2\x80\x99s wide range of products.
Promote company\'s latest promotion and merchandise.
To provide customers with timely replies with quotations/invoices and to follow-up with the customers.
Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Seek and respond to customer feedback and complaints to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Building and maintaining good rapport with regular customers through marketing promotions and direct mails.
To ensure other departments are updated with customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders and requests and that they are followed through to ensure positive customer purchasing experience.
