The Sales Associate main role is to achieve sales goals while ensuring the best customer experience.
Develop the customer base with new clients and cultivate a loyal clientele, specially UHNWI clients
Ensure every customer receives exceptional customer experience
Provide high quality of service and after-sales service to keep clients engaged with the brand and make them return
Share the Baccarat story, know-how and quality standards with the customers, by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Maison, collections and products
Generate new business opportunities by inviting existing customers and prospects to in-store appointments and events
CRM - Enrich the customer database with accuracy, communicate on novelties, events and giftings, campaigns and reporting
Manage day-to-day sales and operations of the store
Ensure operational procedures and internal policies according to guidelines and optimize store operational efficiency
Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure visual merchandising is properly maintained at all times, according to guidelines
Support the Store Supervisor on roster planning to ensure staff productivity and other duties as assigned
Take ownership, accountability for store and personal productivity
Maintain store inventory accuracy at all time
