KEY SELLING POINTS: High Compensation (Basic + Attractive Commissions + Incentives + Bonus) Yearly salary adjustments + career acceleration programs for strong performers Good retail performance RESPONSIBILITIES To be a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers Achieve personal sales goal by providing high quality of service to the customers To provide first level of after sales services in an effective way to ensure customer satisfaction To build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in jewellery or premium retail is preferred, but we are happy to consider candidates with strong sales aptitude Strong sales drive Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill Willingness to work non-conventional hours, including weekends, public holidays Good command of English
