Role Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across APAC
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue & Margin targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver new solutions, improve customer support
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools, including Leveraging Sales tools to win
Price to win by gathering Market Pricing insights across channels and regions to develop price/product solutions

Minimum Requirements:
We are looking for people who are sales driven. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
3-7 years experience in Sales/Business Development
Proven Track Record of exceeding sales/margin targets
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Experience in HVAC Aftermarket is a major plus
Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment
