Lemonhome is a fast-growing renovation and contractor brand specialising in hacking, haulage, reinstatement works, and post-renovation cleaning.





We are looking for a self-driven, independent Sales & BD Executive who will take ownership of Lemonhome sales, secure more jobs from ID firms, contractors, and builders, and occasionally cross-sell Primeclean cleaning services. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role -- it's for someone who thrives on being out there, closing deals, and later teaching others how to do it.

Lemonhome Sales (Main Focus)

Prospect and pitch Lemonhome's contractor services (hacking, haulage, reinstatement, post-reno cleaning) Build a client base of

ID firms, renovation contractors, and builders

Negotiate job scopes, pricing, and close deals independently Ensure repeat business by building strong relationships with project managers Other Ad-hoc tasks

Who We're Looking For

Experience in

sales, business development, or contractor/renovation industry

preferred Strong communicator -- able to walk into an ID firm office and pitch confidently Independent and resourceful -- you won't be micromanaged Hungry for results -- comfortable with targets and motivated by commission Someone who can

work solo now, but eventually teach and lead others

Compensation:

Base Salary:

SGD $2,800 - $3,500/month

(depending on experience)

Attractive commissions

on every job closed (Lemonhome) Performance bonuses for hitting quarterly sales goals
