Sales &
Business Development Manager
to spearhead export sales across Asia and beyond. This is a high-impact role for someone who is commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and technologically savvy -- with the ability to leverage modern tools (LinkedIn, digital platforms, CRM systems) to identify, connect with, and convert prospects into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and drive sustainable growth
Proactively generate leads and customer engagement through digital platforms such as LinkedIn and other social channels
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, manufacturers, and retailers
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Market & Business Development
Stay updated on plant-based food trends in Asia to identify new opportunities
Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows, following up leads through to conversion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Management and R&D to align on customer needs and product development
Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity updates, and performance reports
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, product development, and operations
Budget Management
Optimize sales budget allocation to maximize ROI and cost-effectively achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field (preferred)
Proven track record in sales, ideally in the food or FMCG industry
Experience driving sales through digital tools and platforms
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Passion for sustainability and the plant-based food industry
