- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers' purchases.
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
- Processes return transactions.
- Itemizes and totals purchases by recording prices, departments, taxable and nontaxable items; and operating a cash register.
- Preferably with a sales background
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be attentive to customers' needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
- Must have proficient math skills to handle cash and credit card payments
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs, and PowerPoint
- Work well with others and be a team player
- Preferably come from in IT Industry such as (Lenovo, HP, Dell, Acer and etc.)
- Paid training
- 8 hour shift
- Shift system
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Antipolo City, Metro Manila, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
