Job Description
- Consistently offers high level of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assists customers in the selection of merchandise, does suggestive selling of new products and on-going promotional items and directs them to the nearest counter for payment.
- Replenishes and arranges stocks on display and ensure availability in the selling area.
- Assists in the inventory taking: ensures the safety of merchandise and maintains the cleanliness of the selling area
- Engages with customers and endorses direct complaints to superior for proper handling (if any).
- At least Second Year College level
- With strong communication and customer service skills
