Job Description

A Sales Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a retail store by maintaining positive relationships with customers and organizing display shelves. Their duties include greeting customers and helping them find specific products within the store, taking inventory of products and restocking shelves as needed and managing the POS system to administer refunds or process payments for customers.Qualifications: - a graduate of any 4 year course- fresh graduate are welcome to apply- with driver's license (codes 1&2)AREA OF ASSIGNMENT: GENSAN AREARESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily encoding of transactions in the OBI One system.
• Generate daily reports required by Head Office - Accounting
• Deposit daily cash sales to the assigned bank.
• Conduct daily inventory and ensure the stock position will tally with records.
• Send daily text on sales and inventory reports to concerned heads.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Entertains walk-in customers.
• Maintains Sales Centers' Cleanliness
• Record Truck Fuel Monitoring
• Record Sales Center expenses
• Record outlet's volume sales
• Relay request for tank refills
• Do other tasks as required by the immediate supervisor and officers.
