Aglow Aesthetics is a leading distributor of premium medical aesthetic technologies in Singapore. We are the official distributor for Fotona's Dynamis, StarFormer, and Avalanche systems.





With more than a decade of proven sales and clinical training success in the Singapore market, we are now seeking to grow our team with an experienced and motivated Sales & Clinical Product Specialist to support our next phase of expansion.

Job Responsibilities

Drive sales of aesthetic laser systems to aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and relevant medical professionals Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships with doctors and clinic decision-makers Conduct product demonstrations and provide clinical education to support the sales process Work closely with the General Manager and clinical team to plan and execute sales strategies, workshops, and training events Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and manage the sales pipeline with professionalism and accountability Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and KOL training events (local and regional as needed) Provide post-sales clinical support and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetic or medical device industry Strong clinical understanding or background in aesthetic treatments (lasers, energy-based devices, or dermatology a plus) Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage high-value capital equipment sales Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed for training or events
