Job Description

As our Sales Coach, you will provide in-house sales training & ongoing coaching to the Sales Team. You will come up with the most effective ways of training the team on increasing sales You will maximise sales representative effectiveness by determining their training needs.
Responsibilities

• Trains Sales Team on more effective sales techniques on multiple platforms such as phone, face-to-face and social media
• Conduct sales observation & calls evaluation on the Sales Team
• Conduct role plays
• Aids Sales Team to increase sales
• Determine training & coaching needs
• Develop coaching plans
• Track & evaluate trainees\xe2\x80\x99 performance & corrective training/coaching
• Develop post-training activities
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches & techniques
• Assists to integrate support with job functions
• Update job scope/knowledge
• Continual working with the Company/Business and Sales Team to improve the Company\xe2\x80\x99s ability to make sales

Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Solid background in sales especially in B2C and retail
• Specialised in delivery of sales training to sales representatives (phone & face-to-face)
• Experience in providing effective & constructive feedback
• Excellent coaching skills
• Excellent in motivating for excellent sales performance
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Fluent in English
