Job Description
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the Boutique Manager.
- Demonstrate a high level of product and brand knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships between the brand and customers.
- Assist customers on after service issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes.
- Support daily store operations.
- Assist with inventory management, housekeeping, and other tasks.
- 1 year of luxury retail experience
- Possess strong communication skills
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
