2. Role Description
Primary Responsibilities
Develop new and existing relationships with school leaders and educators as well as decision-makers within the relevant sectors.
Understand the specific needs of clients and recommend the most suitable solutions in terms of training programs and coaching.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct presentations (when necessary) for clients to review.
Secondary Responsibilities
Assist in developing creative marketing content and campaigns to promote Kingmaker's market-leading range of training programmes.
3. Qualifications
Strong listening and problem solving skills for sales consulting
Strong written communication skills for proposal writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
At least a Diploma or Degree, any field
Desire to develop human potential and a passion for development & education
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Good track record in sales and/or experience in the education industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visual Design tools
