Job Responsibilities
Operations & Customer Service
- Perform frontline foreign exchange transactions to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional, friendly, and pleasant manner.
- Proactively monitor and manage stock levels of currencies.
- Cross-selling of the groups\xe2\x80\x99 travel products including prepaid phone cards and transportation cards.
- Assist with other administrative duties assigned.
Risk Management
- Exercise vigilance when performing duties and highlight unusual and suspicious transactions.
- Escalate risk issues on a timely basis.
- Adhere to compliance regulations.
Job Requirements
- GCE \'N\' Level or equivalent with relevant experience in Money Changer Industry
- Applicants must be willing to work in Changi Airport and able to work rotating shifts (Day and Night shifts \xe2\x80\x93 up to 12 hours per shift) including weekends and Public Holidays
- Driven, self-motivated and a good team player.
- Customer oriented and good interpersonal skills.
- Required experience(s): Currency exchange, cash handling
- Multi-lingual skill is a plus.
