Job Description

• Position: Sales Consultant
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Working Location: Orchard
• Salary range: SGD 2,500 - 3,500 + commission

Job Duties:

• Attend to phone calls and email enquiries
• Set up and conduct consultations in person or via video calls
• Follow up closely with potential prospects
• Assess and advise clients regarding eligibility, expenses, timeline and visa options
• Pro-actively monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations
• Provide regular updates and actively follow up with clients before and after-sales
• Be the main point of contact to identify and resolve clients' concerns promptly
• Preparation of weekly reports for performance tracking and appraisal
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the documentation team
• Attend to any other related duties assigned by management
