This includes cold calls and approaching new clients. Responsible for sales management and business development programs in order to achieve individual and company goals and target Provide marketing plan and sales budgets. Require to provide weekly, monthly and yearly sales versus budge and measure achievement. Measure performance and variances. Provide recovery plan to catch up missing sales and profits, to achieve our goals and targets. Generating leads and cold calling to get appointments with potential clients Collate data, able to make detail reports and presentation. Adjust marketing strategies and plan according to market trend and consumer preference. Job Requirements: Tertiary education with 2 years to 3 years in similar environment. Knowledge of medical devices and PPE market to lead medical related products. Able to generate and make good use of the data to design effective marketing plan.
