Adecco is partnering with a Global Private Education Institution in seeking a Sales Consultant to join their expanding team.

The Job:
Drive and achieve company sales targets through proactive sales activities

Conduct consultations and preview sessions to potential customers, providing detailed information about our products and services

Manage leads in SalesForce, following the department\'s standard operating procedures for lead updates and tracking

Uphold the highest level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving customer compliments key performance indicators (KPIs)

Collaborate with inter-departments on administrative and enrollment matters to ensure a seamless customer experience

Work cohesively with Marketing/Campaign Managers on marketing strategies and initiatives, providing input and support where applicable

The Talent:
Diploma/Degree in any field

3-5 years of experience in the sales industry

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Technical competency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling effective data management and reporting
