About you

You will be responsible for driving sales of elevator modernization services. This role involves assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and collaborating with technical teams. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building client relationships and achieving sales targets. This position reports to the Modernization Sales Manager for Singapore.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Secure modernization opportunities through existing relationships with direct clients and lift consultants as well as on-portfolio clients, convert these opportunities to orders and process through internal booking to handover to operations.
• Identify and develop new customers through close networking alongside a pro-active and robust customer visit plan.
• Plan their own sales activity and strategy in conjunction with regard to work load planning and customer analysis.
• Leveraging on CRM to manage individual sales activity.

Your Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably with a technical/engineering degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 5 years of working experience in technical sales, ideally from the elevators industry.
• Sound knowledge and experience of the elevators and construction related business.
• Ability to communicate with customers with good expertise and negotiation skills to understand customer needs, influence or guide customer decision.
• Highly self-motivated individuals with go-getter attitude who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects.
