s:

• Responsible for the daily store operations
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship
• Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
• Manages customer inquiries, feedback and after service matters
• Working closely with Retail Manager on sales activity and be part of events.
• Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 5 working days, 2 off days
• Currently in Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity.
• Passion in retail industry, good communication and customer handling skills.
• Passion in photography, art and culture scenes, photographic knowledge will be added advantages.
• Bilingual in order to communicate with Mandarin customers
• Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitudes to learning new skill sets.
• Basic computer skills and netiquette.
