Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, your

main goal is to drive membership sales

. You will actively reach out to potential clients, engage walk-ins and online leads, and convert enquiries into paying members. This role is target-driven and best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, sales-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Actively follow up on leads (walk-ins, calls, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct engaging studio tours and presentations to highlight our programs and facilities. Recommend membership packages that suit clients' goals and close sales effectively. Build strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Support outreach campaigns, events, and promotions to increase sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred). Strong closing skills and results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a target-based role. Passion for fitness/wellness a plus (but sales focus is key). Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed.
