About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Women's Health & Wellness Consultant to join our growing team. This role combines client consultation, therapy service delivery, and relationship-building to support women on their wellness and recovery journeys. You will be responsible for providing personalised recommendations, performing non-invasive therapies, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable therapy plans. Perform non-invasive wellness therapies (comprehensive training will be provided). Provide clear information on services, therapy processes, and expected outcomes. Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their goals and well-being. Manage client records accurately and respond promptly to enquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client journey.
Requirements
----------------
Proven track record in sales with a customer-focused approach. Positive, professional, and proactive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Experience in spa, wellness, aesthetic, or healthcare services will be an advantage.
