Employment Type: 1 Year Contract Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,000 per month Allowance: $100 monthly Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Completion Bonus: AWS (1 month of salary) Location: Shenton Way (CBD)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process sales-related documents, including delivery orders and invoices. Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and follow up with customers on orders and delivery schedules. Handle incoming sales orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting. Support corporate (B2B) sales activities and maintain strong relationships with customers. Collaborate closely with internal teams across regions to align sales objectives. Build customer trust and enhance brand loyalty through excellent service and communication.
