Salary: up to $3000 + 1 month completion bonus
Duration: 1 year contract
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Location: Jurong East
:
- \xe2\x80\xa2Manage and handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Manage and follow up on leads, opportunities and quotes creation
- Follow up quotation and facilitate sales by giving best recommendation to customer.
- Nurture of high-value leads and high potential dormant customers
- Creation of quotations send to customer in a timely manner
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in CRM
- Understand the importance of service values and convey such critical intangible elements of service to customers
- Work closely with various departments to deliver best-in-class service experience from service delivery, logistics arrangement, marketing initiatives, product service cross support to payment receivables
- Assist manager in report preparation
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
