Sales Coordinator ($2000 $2600/aws/vb)

Job Description
$2600 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the whole process of Order Fulfilment system
- Prepare Delivery Note and Collection Note
- Tracking on Ishop refund and cancellation report
- Monitor of stocks movement
- Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned
- Update Google tracker list to Merchandising Department on the stocks
- To ensure that Security Tamper Evident Bag is utilised and monitored with great accuracy and of high security
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Levels and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
