Work with QC to make the product sample as per request.
Liaise with QA in making report or corrective action to respond in case we receive complaint (s) from customer
Liaise with QA to create and update customer\'s product spec when necessary.
Do necessary adjustment internally such as production or shipment schedule when receiving the request from customer.
Issue weekly inventory report and send to customers as per request.
Liaise with customer to reflect our internal requests or suggestions.
To support S&P Manager and MD when customer visit and factory tour.
To assist S&P Manager/team in all Sales & Purchase Department as well as company level operational ad hoc event and requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
