Job Description

* Sales support role (will be assigned a set of customers to follow) * Prepare sales quotation, process orders and raise PO to vendors * Liaise with vendors and customers on t Sales support role (will be assigned a set of customers to follow) Prepare sales quotation, process orders and raise PO to vendors Liaise with vendors and customers on technical information and retrieval of document necessary for shipment. Follow up with vendors and warehouse dept. to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers Tally invoice data (price and quantity) in supplier invoice against PO. and post into SAP Manage customer claims on goods Job Requirements GCE 'N' / 'O'/ Nitec/ Diploma On the job training will be provided Processes knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage (not a must)
