Job Description


Summary Supports the Sales team in the coordination and back-end administration of sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in secretarial and administrative support.
  • Act as a contact person between the client and the hotel in the absence of Director of Sales & Marketing, Asst Director of Sales, Sales Team.
  • Ensure all correspondences are effectively copied to all relevant departments and regional offices and traces dates effectively followed up.
  • Handle telephone calls to take messages, new enquiries, check room availability.
  • Ensure all leads are answered to and proposals are followed up with 8 hours.
  • Be accountable for all targets and goals set for area of responsibility.
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & Powerpoint.
  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
  • Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
  • A team player & builder.
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
