Job Description
Our client, a maker of luxury consumer goods and amenities headquartered in Europe, is now looking to hire a Sales Coordinator as part of business expansion plans for their newly incorporated office in Singapore.
Job description
- Support the sales cycle by handling enquiries, requests and claims from customers and distributors regionally
- Work closely with various teams internally and externally such as sales, operations, design team and distributors to coordinate on workflow
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are kept to
- Assist in preparation of sales reports and presentation decks
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Min. 2 years and above of relevant experience in sales coordination/ sales support
Background or strong interest in Beauty products such as fragrances/ cosmetics
Experience in industries such as Luxury Retail, Hospitality/ Hotel, Fragrances, Cosmetics/ Skincare highly preferred
Proficient in software including MS Office (Excel, PPT)
Strong coordination, time management and follow up abilities
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
