About Our Client:

The company is the Singapore subsidiary of a well-established Japanese trading company specializing primarily in steel products and industrial materials. While the parent company in Japan has a strong foundation in the steel and metals industry, the Singapore office focuses on the growing semiconductor and electronics sectors, supporting the group's regional expansion strategy.





They are currently seeking

a Sales Coordinator

. You will handle export/import operations, delivery and stock management, and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely shipments. Ideal for candidates with trading or logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle export/import documentation and coordinate with forwarders/custom brokers Manage delivery schedules and communicate timelines with clients and internal teams Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems accordingly Arrange shipping and track logistics until final delivery Support sales documentation including quotations, invoices, and order confirmations Correspond with overseas suppliers and clients

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in international logistics, trading, or export/import operations Solid understanding of delivery and stock management practices Experience in import-export administration or as a Sales Assistant is an advantage. Strong coordination and communication skills

Others:

Salary Range:

SGD $3,000 - $4,500 per month (based on experience)

Bonuses:

AWS + VB(Depending on the company and individual performance. ave.2-3 months)

Full time

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Working Arrangement:

The role is primarily office-based; however, 1 week per month of work-from-home (WFH) can be arranged.
