Our client is a healthcare provider in Singapore that focuses on enhancing patient care through support and technology while reducing administrative burdens on doctors.Responsibilities:Perform support duties to ensure the smooth operation of clinics and adherence to established procedures, including:
Daily maintenance of clinic facilities and assets
Handling incoming calls and correspondence, and responding to inquiries as needed
Maintaining office filing systems and databases
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all records
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with ship crews, agents, and transporters to ensure smooth medical operations, including:
Coordinating and facilitating the movement of crew members and doctors between vessels, agents, and clinics
Providing customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Ensure proper account management, including:
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements
Collaborating with the finance team to generate invoices and statements of account
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec qualification.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to carry out ship boarding duties.
Willingness to be on standby after office hours to support maritime medical services.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
