Job Description

Responsibilities:

• General sales administration, follow up and coordination
• Submission of monthly progress claims & generate revenue reports
• Sales Pipeline generation, monitoring and reporting
• Prepare bidding documentation to support the tender submission on bidding portals
• Prepare and provide product proposals (Technical & Commercial) supported by cost calculations for the commercial proposals.
• Support Sales Manager with Documentation and requirements pertaining to Sales RFPs / tenders
• Follow up calls submitted quotations to gather information on the status of bid.

Requirements:

• At least Technical Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Minimally 2-3 years of experience in Sales support/Cost Estimation in Build Environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Required language(s): Fluent in English
• Required Skills (s): Microsoft Office & Projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is an added advantage
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Must be detailed and patient
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable with frequent OT (3 times a week)
