Job Description
Our Client has been providing excellence service in scaffolding. Committed to provide customer timely service and best quality material emphasizing strongly on workplace safety and health. They are now looking for candidate to join their team as a Sales Coordinator cum Customer Service Officer. & Requirements
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
- Providing customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams & prepare payment to sub-contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office like Excel, Outlook
- 5.5 Days work week (alt.saturday)
