Sales Coordinator Cum Purchasing Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:



Perform day to day company's administrative task. Process purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and other shipping documents related to import and export of our products. Work closely with logistics, operation, and purchasing team to meet delivery deadline. Ensure procedures and policies are followed. Prepare monthly report and maintain complete updated records. Support sales team in daily operation. Perform any other duties and responsibility as instructed by Management.

Requirements:



Minimum "O" level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent Preferably someone with 1 year experience and above Meticulous with good communication and coordination skills Able to multi-task without much supervision, great sense of responsibility Proficient in MS Office Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
