Coordinating with project team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information (between client, office team, and worker)
Ensuring the adequacy of work-related equipment or material for each project/job
Responding to complaints from clients side and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Follow up with client on account receivables (performing calls to check on payment status)
Requirements:
experience as a coordinator in the construction, plumbing industry will be considered a plus;
With computer skills (MS Office)
Able to write and speak English (at least about to communicate)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Good verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
